When you book your session, include your questions in the email.
During a single 60 min sparring session we usually have time to go through 3-5 questions.
Confirm your Booking with payment
When you email to book a session, your chosen sparring partner will suggest you a date and time.
Once we have the date and time agreed, the confirmation is made through a credit card payment.
If you are unable to pay by credit card, we can invoice electronically with a 14 day payment time.
In this case, we will need the following information:
- Full business name and address
- Business Identity Number
- Electronic invoicing address
- Reference information
Please notice, the sparring session is confirmed only through payment.

Wondering what Online Sparring is?
Emine’s online sparring is a personalized one-on-one session with an Emine expert, conducted via the web.
You bring a specific question, challenge, or issue within employer branding, marketing and communication that you’d like to solve or gain clarity on.
During the session, you get to exchange ideas and find solutions to your employer branding or recruitment marketing related challenge with our expert.
In a single sparring hour, we can usually address around three-five questions, but it depends on the complexity of your questions.
The session is centered around discussion, clarifying your thoughts, and helping you uncover insights to move forward.
Online sparring can be done as a one-off session or as part of a regular sparring program, such as monthly sparring sessions.
Regular sparring is ideal for supporting a larger internal development project, where you continue to make progress independently between sessions.
A single sparring session is 60 minutes long.
A typical regular sparring session is a 1,5-2 hour monthly meeting. It starts with sparring to plan the development project and continues until the project is completed.

How do sparring and training differ?
How do I pay for my sparring?
Once we have agreed on the sparring time, we will send you a link for credit card payment.
If you are booking regular sessions, we invoice the package upfront either by credit card or electronic invoice.
What if I won't get my question answered?
We can best prevent this by having you think carefully in advance about the specific questions you need answers to.
Please include your questions in the email when making your booking.
Not all questions have a clear right or wrong answer. In such cases, we will suggest a few suitable options for you to consider.
If your sparring need relates to a question or topic we cannot address, we will let you know during the booking correspondence.
Keep in mind that the available sparring time limits the number of questions we can cover. The clearer your questions are, the more likely we’ll be able to provide meaningful answers.
What if I have to cancel my paid sparring?
Unexpected situations happen, don’t they? They have a way of turning schedules upside down!
By default, the booking will be moved to the next available time slot.

Our cancellation policy
Do you want to cancel your sparring session?
Please note the following cancellation terms:
- If your sparring session is scheduled more than 14 days from the cancellation date and has already been paid for, we will refund the full amount–on the credit card used or for the company bank account if the session was invoiced.
- If your session is scheduled 7–14 days from the cancellation date, we will refund 50% of the paid amount.
- If your session is scheduled in less than 7 days, the full amount will be charged or retained.
What if Google Meet doesn't work for me
No worries! Just let us know when making your booking.
In that case, your sparring expert will arrange for you to invite them to the meeting using the application your company uses (e.g., Teams or Zoom).
